12/18/2004 - Saturday morning update

The sun is shining brightly this morning on the white frost. Just before bedtime last night we noted that Don's feet were retaining some fluid, and this morning his hands are slightly swollen, but at this time his kidneys are still functioning. He tires easily, but after he ate his grits and biscuits, he began quoting scripture and praising God for his salvation and God's goodness. We pray blessing on each of you. Don read and was touched by the emails we received and all the words of encouragement. Again, we praise God for His awesome family and we are strengthened by your love and prayers.
